- When I was looking for my first internship, I realized that there wasn't a place for students to turn to for some real advice on how to land advertising internships so I created Carmonize. I'm not an expert, but I've landed internships at BBH New York, Campbell Mithun and participated in the Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) in 2008.
